The Azalea Hotel is a traditional style property housed in an old building. Due to the age of the building, the rooms do tend to vary in size but all are clean and comfortable. A continental breakfast is served every morning in the welcoming breakfast room.
The Azalea Hotel is housed in a rebuilt patrician residence and old brewery, which dates from the 14th century. Traditional in décor and furnishing, the lobby is small but welcoming. Varying in size from medium to large, the 25 guestrooms feature pleasant yellow and cream-toned décor, complemented by attractively patterned fabrics and comfortable chairs. All are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The hotel offers a Continental buffet every morning in its welcoming breakfast room, which leads on to a small bar area which serves Belgian beer, with a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and the Speelmansei canal.
